Nex Pest Control built its Palm Springs reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Palm Springs pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Palm Springs crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Palm Springs after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Palm Springs's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Palm Springs service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Palm Springs crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Palm Springs cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Palm Springs homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Palm Springs property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Palm Springs restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Palm Springs property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Palm Springs calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Palm Springs quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Palm Springs customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Palm Springs technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Palm Springs attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Palm Springs property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Palm Springs crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.

Clear access to baseboards, under sinks, and the attic hatch if possible — it speeds up the inspection significantly.
Pricing depends on property size and the pest involved, but you'll get a flat-rate quote after inspection before we start any work.
Licensing is checked and current for every Palm Springs, CA technician — it isn't just a claim on our website.
